The Axis Imaging Team Portal (“the app”) is an internal staff application operated by Nexus Imaging Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”). It is provided to our employees to manage rosters, timesheets, leave, expenses, and related employment information. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.
Information we collect
We collect information needed to administer your employment:
- Identity and contact details (name, email address, phone number)
- Employment details (role, classification, start date, pay-related settings)
- Rosters, shifts, timesheets and recorded hours
- Leave requests and balances
- Expense claims and receipt images you upload
- Documents shared with you by your employer
How we use your information
We use this information solely to operate the portal and administer your employment — including rostering, recording and approving hours, processing leave and expense claims, and payroll-related administration. Leave balances are read from our payroll system (Xero). We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.
Storage and security
Your data is stored securely with our cloud hosting provider in Australia and is accessible only to you and authorised administrators within Nexus Imaging Pty Ltd. Access to the app requires you to sign in. Push notifications, if enabled, are delivered via Apple Push Notification service to inform you about leave, timesheet and expense decisions.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to our record-keeping obligations as your employer. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
